If they have not heard from the office manager within 48 hours of responding to that email with their PO number they should call and leave a message for them.

If you need to come in for a pickup and save before the times we have available there is a possiblity we can make that occur. While this is not offered and is at the disgression of the office manager there are additional fees starting at $150.00. When schduling the pickup and save we always try our best to acommodate all.

Most inflatables require access to a standard electrical outlet. We also offer generator rentals if your event is in a location without power.
