For Customer Pickup Clients: In order for your Deposit to be eligible for Raincheck in the event of cancellation due to weather, there must be a 70% chance of rain predicted for at least 2 of the 4 days you will have our equipment in your possession.

Yes. These groups should go through the booking process as normal. Once they reach the payment screen they will need to respond to their quote with their PO number. If they have not heard from the office manager within 48 hours of responding to that email with their PO number they should call and leave a message for them.

If you need to come in for a pickup and save before the times we have available there is a possiblity we can make that occur. While this is not offered and is at the disgression of the office manager there are additional fees starting at $150.00. When schduling the pickup and save we always try our best to acommodate all.

If you have to cancel for any reason after you have paid in full you will forfeit 40% of the the total price of the rental.

We offer various inflatables, including bounce houses, water slides, obstacle courses, and interactive games, perfect for all events.

Delivery and setup are included in the rental price for most areas within our service range. Any additional fees will depend on the event location and distance from our base.

Our inflatables are regularly inspected, cleaned, and sanitized before each event. We also follow strict industry guidelines to ensure they are set up safely and securely.

Many of our inflatables can be set up indoors, provided the venue has enough space and meets the required height and floor clearance.

Most inflatables require access to a standard electrical outlet. We also offer generator rentals if your event is in a location without power.

Each inflatable has specific guidelines regarding age, weight, and the number of participants allowed at one time. We will provide this information upon booking.

If an inflatable is damaged, please notify us immediately. We will assess the situation and guide you through the process, including repair or replacement options.
