What is Your Weather Policy?

Weather Cancellations can only be 24 hours before your event. Cancellations due to weather, made more than 24 hours before your Event are not eligible for Raincheck, your payment will be forfeited. Weather is too unpredictable for earlier cancellations to be accepted.

What is your Non-Refundable Deposit policy?

For Delivery Only Clients: Weather Cancellations can only be 24 hours before your event. Cancellations due to weather, made more than 24 hours before your Event are not eligible for Raincheck, your payment will be forfeited. Weather is too unpredictable for earlier cancellations to be accepted. For Customer Pickup Clients: In order for your Deposit to be eligible for Raincheck in the event of cancellation due to weather, there must be a 70% chance of rain predicted for at least 2 of the 4 days you will have our equipment in your possession.

What type of footwear is allowed?

DO NOT - Allow children in any bounce house, slide, combo, or obstacle course with shoes or any other type of footwear.

What if something gets spilled on our rented inflatable?

Accepted Answer

WATER is the only liquid that maybe used to clean up a spill. NO baby oil or soap

Can Schools and Universities use a P.O. to pay their deposit?

Accepted Answer

Yes. These groups should go through the booking process as normal. Once they reach the payment screen they will need to respond to their quote with their PO number. If they have not heard from the office manager within 48 hours of responding to that email with their PO number they should call and leave a message for them.

What if I need pickup before the time you have available?

If you need to come in for a pickup and save before the times we have available there is a possiblity we can make that occur. While this is not offered and is at the disgression of the office manager there are additional fees starting at $150.00. When schduling the pickup and save we always try our best to acommodate all.

What happens if I cancel after I pay in full?

If you have to cancel for any reason after you have paid in full you will forfeit 40% of the the total price of the rental.

What types of inflatables do you offer for party rentals?

We offer various inflatables, including bounce houses, water slides, obstacle courses, and interactive games, perfect for all events.

Is there a delivery and setup fee for the rentals?

Delivery and setup are included in the rental price for most areas within our service range. Any additional fees will depend on the event location and distance from our base.

What safety measures do you follow for your inflatables?

Our inflatables are regularly inspected, cleaned, and sanitized before each event. We also follow strict industry guidelines to ensure they are set up safely and securely.

Can the inflatables be set up indoors?

Many of our inflatables can be set up indoors, provided the venue has enough space and meets the required height and floor clearance.

Do I need to provide any special equipment or power for the inflatables?

Most inflatables require access to a standard electrical outlet. We also offer generator rentals if your event is in a location without power.

Are there any weight or age restrictions for the inflatables?

Each inflatable has specific guidelines regarding age, weight, and the number of participants allowed at one time. We will provide this information upon booking.

What should I do if an inflatable gets damaged during my event?

If an inflatable is damaged, please notify us immediately. We will assess the situation and guide you through the process, including repair or replacement options.
